New energy apprentice payments are being made by the federal government. Offering up to $10,000 payments for motor, electrical and other apprentices willing to learn clean energy skills in their fields.
Just over 2,200 “new energy” apprentices signed onto this scheme, which allowed for people apprenticing to become EV technicians or other designated priority trades to receive a support payment from the government.
Developing graduates and apprentices is key to succession planning in the energy renewables space. We are excited to have a number of graduates within our team, who are already demonstrating high potential!
